Returns and Exchange
We take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted products and understand that individual preferences can vary. Each piece is uniquely made, and the distinctiveness of handcrafted items may sometimes be mistaken for a flaw.
As a small business committed to sustainability, we strive to minimize waste, including excessive packaging from returns. To this end, we inspect each product multiple times before it is shipped.
Returns and Exchanges Policy:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only for in-store credit, which does not expire.
- To be eligible, items must be returned within 5 days of delivery and must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Due to the nature of our hair accessories, we adhere to strict hygiene standards, resulting in a stringent return policy.
Please note the following conditions:
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns or exchanges.
- A re-stocking fee of $10 per order will be applied.

Etcetheara.ca is not responsible for:
- Damage to orders caused by the postal service.
- Mistakes made by shipping couriers/carriers.
- Issues related to PO boxes.
- Stolen packages after delivery.
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers.
